Effective date: 16 October 2026
This charter explains the public service standards of EduNet Bridge Consultancy Limited. It draws on the principles of the UK Agent Quality Framework and the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents while applying to all destinations supported by EduNet.
1. What you can expect
- Advice explained in plain language and tailored to your academic profile, goals, language readiness, finances and personal circumstances.
- A reasonable range of suitable options, including options outside EduNet's formal partner list where that supports an informed choice.
- Clear explanations of what EduNet can do, what a third party decides, and what you must complete yourself.
- No false guarantee of admission, scholarship, visa, employment or another outcome.
- Respectful service without unlawful discrimination or pressure.
- Confidential handling of your records and an accessible route to raise a concern.
2. Fees and commercial relationships
The standard student-paid application-support fee applies. The exact scope and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work starts. External institution, government, travel and other third-party charges are separate.
Where an institution may pay EduNet a commission, we disclose that a commercial relationship exists and explain whether the relevant service is institution-funded or student-funded. The amount of commission is commercially confidential. A commission or incentive must not distort counselling or lead to inappropriate provider switching.
Cancellation and refund rules are published in our Terms, Fees and Refunds.
3. Objective advice and partner representation
We distinguish institutions that EduNet formally represents under a current written agreement from institutions discussed for comparison. We do not claim a privileged government relationship, institutional appointment or endorsement that does not exist.
We disclose a relevant commercial relationship or other actual or potential conflict of interest before it could affect a recommendation. Staff must not allow commissions, targets, gifts or personal interests to override a learner's needs.
Partner names, logos and approved marketing materials are used only within the relevant written authorisation. Course, fee and entry information must be checked against current provider or official sources before a student commits.
4. Document integrity and fraud prevention
Applications must be complete, accurate and truthful. EduNet will not knowingly submit a false, altered or misleading document or statement. We may request an original, certified copy or direct verification; pause an application while a concern is reviewed; refuse the document; or escalate a credible concern to the relevant institution or authority.
Personal statements and statements of purpose must remain the applicant's authentic account. Our role is to guide structure, clarity and evidence, not to invent qualifications, experience or motivation.
5. Equal treatment and accessibility
We aim to support eligible learners without prejudice or unlawful discrimination, including on the basis of nationality, race, sex, gender, disability, age, religion, marital or maternity status, or another protected characteristic. Tell us about a reasonable communication or accessibility need and we will consider how to support it.
6. Safeguarding applicants under 18
- A parent or legal guardian must be involved in the engagement and give required consent.
- We may verify the guardian's identity and relationship to the child.
- Child-related communication should use official channels and include the guardian where appropriate.
- We collect only information reasonably needed for the application or welfare support.
- A welfare or safety concern is recorded and escalated to the guardian, institution, emergency service or appropriate authority according to the seriousness of the concern.
- EduNet does not replace the safeguarding, accommodation or welfare duties of a school, institution, host, guardian or public authority.
7. Visa and immigration boundaries
We provide general procedural guidance, explain official requirements and help organise documents. We do not guarantee a visa or provide regulated immigration legal advice. Where required, we refer the student to an appropriately authorised adviser or the relevant official authority.
8. Training and AQF status
holds British Council UK knowledge agent and counsellor training certificate , valid until . EduNet retains this as an individual professional-development record and aims to maintain relevant training for UK-focused staff.
The Agent Quality Framework provides standards and resources; it does not accredit, license or continuously assure agencies. The individual training certificate does not constitute British Council accreditation, validation or endorsement of EduNet Bridge Consultancy Limited.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for truthful information, genuine documents, careful review of submissions, timely responses, financial planning, keeping your contact details current and following institution and immigration rules. Ask when anything is unclear and tell us promptly about a change that may affect the advice or application.
10. Feedback and complaints
We record material feedback and use it to improve our services. If something has gone wrong, follow our Complaints Procedure. Raising a genuine concern will not result in unfair treatment.
